Hey y'all my name is Amy Gaskin. I am a Certified Trim Healthy Mama Coach and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I became a THM coach in September 2019. I absolutely love my job, talking about THM, and helping ladies meet their health goals. My family and I have been learning about how our food choices affect us and becoming healthier with THM for over six years.
This 6 week program is designed to teach you the THM plan, offers tools to support you on your journey, create solid habits and empower you to succeed!
Sessions are $165
This is a monthly subscription for clients who have completed Buds or 1 session of 1on1.

This 2 month program is designed for coaching on a private level for whatever THM needs you have. It includes my THM Education Modules, tools for success, 30 minute weekly coaching calls, free entry to my weekly zoom classes + more. Cost is $475.
After completion of Level 1, clients may continue coaching at any level of their choosing.
Live & previously recorded classes with a short topic focused talk followed by on topic question submissions.
Classes are $10.
Topics vary from THM Basics, HigherLearning, and specific needs.
I began my health journey in 2016. We had experienced a few stressful life events the previous years. I ate to feel better and I was sick of feeling bad. I began CrossFit July 2016, then began the Trim Healthy Mama plan January 2017. I’ve lost about 30 pounds total (my weight has fluctuated, I had gotten down to 126) from 160 to 130. I’ve gone from a size 12 (large) to a size 4 (small). I have continued going to CrossFit and have achieved things I never thought imaginable.
January 10, 2023, I celebrated SIX years of taking care of Amy!
My life has made a 180° turn!
No more days of exhaustion.
No more heart medicine.
My eye sight has improved.

The THM plan is a way of eating that involves balancing blood sugar, centering meals around protein, and focuses on whole, nourishing foods. If weight loss is your priority, eat either carbs or fats in your meals that are 3-4 hours apart. Eating to live, allows your body to easily burn fuels and then dig into your fat stores. Including non-starchy veggies and superfoods in your meals ensures a boost in health!!! While I have had some ups and downs, I have maintained my weight loss for 4 years and 8 months. I begin sharing my story at about the 6 minute mark :)
Thank you to everyone for celebrating with me and showing me so much love! What a special day it was! During the event, my desire was to send out encouraging words to y'all on how you too can keep those promises to yourself and make the Trim Healthy lifestyle sustainable for the long run. I share all sorts of ideas on how I simplify THM in my life and how to avoid burnout.
