Ingredients:
Instructions: Place parchment paper on baking pan, swirl sauce, sprinkle cheese, swirl a bit more sauce, add toppings and more cheese.
Broil or Air Fry (400°) for about 10 minutes. Transfer parchment to plate, enjoy eating this with a fork! Add a small salad to balance out your meal.

Ingredients:
Instructions: Using a round object, punch a hole in the bread. Spray pan. Place bread on pan, let heat a bit, pour egg whites into hole slowly, let set, sprinkle “toppings”. Place circle on top of egg, flip and brown. Enjoy with berries or 1/2c of favorite fruit., and spinach sautéed with a spray of coconut oil, S/P/NY.

Ingredients:
Instructions: sear roast if desired, then place in crockpot. sprinkle both mixes, lay butter on top of roast, drop desired amounts of pepperoncinis (I use 3-4). Place lid on crockpot, cook on low alllll day, 6-8 hours.

1 whole hen boiled, Instant Pot to the rescue! Debone
1/2T sage
salt/pepper
1 qt Chicken broth or more :)
4 boiled eggs (yolk out, rough chop whites)

Instructions: Sautée covered until veg is soft
Add S/P, nutritional yeast & chili powder. Feel free to make it your own!! Top with lean protein, I chose a Safe Catch tuna pouch.

Ingredients:
Instructions: In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla and sweetener together. Prepare fruit and add to yogurt. Next, add coconut flakes & nuts if using.

Instructions: Peel and slice banana down the center, place in bowl. Scoop dollops of sweetened/flavored yogurt in center of bowl. Add desired toppings. Enjoy!
For a FP Omit banana & increase berries

Ingredients:
Seasoning of choice: I used Salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic powder & onion powder.
Instructions: Brown ground meat. Add remaining ingredients except potatoes. Bring soup to a boil. Diced up potatoes, add to pot then simmer for 45min-1hr or until black-eyed peas are soft. I measured the seasonings with my soul. Season to taste y'all.
We enjoy this hearty soup with Briana Thomas Burkholder/s FP cornbread.
