THM S, single serve, NSI 

Ingredients:

  • No-Sugar Added Pizza Sauce
  • Pizza Style or part-skim mozzarella grated cheese
  • Desired toppings: 
  • pepperoni, bacon crumbles, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, onions/peppers, black olives.

    Instructions: Place parchment paper on baking pan, swirl sauce, sprinkle cheese, swirl a bit more sauce, add toppings and more cheese. 

Broil or Air Fry (400°) for about 10 minutes. Transfer parchment to plate, enjoy eating this with a fork! Add a small salad to balance out your meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices on plan bread, I use Ezekiel
  • Coconut Oil Spray
  • Egg white
  • Bacon crumbles
  • Green onions
  • S/P, NY (nutritional yeast)

Instructions: Using a round object, punch a hole in the bread. Spray pan. Place bread on pan, let heat a bit, pour egg whites into hole slowly, let set, sprinkle “toppings”. Place circle on top of egg, flip and brown. Enjoy with berries or 1/2c of favorite fruit., and spinach sautéed with a spray of coconut oil, S/P/NY.

Chicken & Cornbread Dressin'

Ingredients:

  • Choice of roast, I use Chuck Pot Roast 
  • 1/4 cup of Ranch Dressing Mix (link below)
  • 1/4 cup of Onion Soup Mix      (link below)
  • stick of butter
  • jar of pepperoncinis

Instructions: sear roast if desired, then place in crockpot. sprinkle both mixes, lay butter on top of roast, drop desired amounts of pepperoncinis (I use 3-4). Place lid on crockpot, cook on low alllll day, 6-8 hours.

2 sticks butter

1 16oz bag seasoning blend

1 large pan Brianna Thomas Sour Cream Cornbread cornbread THM FP, crumbled

1 whole hen boiled, Instant Pot to the rescue! Debone

1/2T sage

salt/pepper

1 qt Chicken broth or more :)

4 boiled eggs (yolk out, rough chop whites)

  1. Place butter in pan to melt, add seasoning blend and sautée until veggies are soft
  2. In large pan/roaster crumble cornbread. Break up lumps
  3. Add veggie mixture, broth, sage, salt, pepper, and egg whites
  4. Mix in chicken 
  5. Bake 400 for 1 hour
  6. Tip place pan of water underneath so bottom won’t brown

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butternut squash (or any non-starchy veg)  peeled & diced
  • 1 medium peeled & diced sweet potato
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 6 grape tomatoes halved or a few tablespoons of canned diced tomatoes
  • 1/2c chicken broth
  • 1/4c cooked quinoa
  • season to taste 

Instructions: Sautée covered until veg is soft

Add S/P, nutritional yeast & chili powder. Feel free to make it your own!! Top with lean protein, I chose a Safe Catch tuna pouch.

Ingredients:

  • 2c Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1t vanilla
  • 1T super sweet (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 apples, cored & diced
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1.5c sliced strawberries
  • 1c grapes, halved
  • 2 cuties, peeled and halved
  • 1/2c unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Nuts (optional)

Instructions: In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla and sweetener together. Prepare fruit and add to yogurt. Next, add coconut flakes & nuts if using.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana 
  • 1 c ff greek yogurt (add 1t Super Sweet & splash vanilla) 
  • Sliced strawberries 
  • Squirt Reddi Whip 
  • Sprinkle peanuts & on plan chocolate chips 
  • Handy Chocolate Syrup THC 479

Instructions: Peel and slice banana down the center, place in bowl. Scoop dollops of sweetened/flavored yogurt in center of bowl. Add desired toppings. Enjoy! 

For a FP Omit banana & increase berries

Ingredients:

  • 2# lean ground protein like *venison or lean beef (hot rinsed) 
  • 2 - 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes 
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 
  • 1-2 cups frozen diced okra 
  • 1 - 12oz. bag Black Eyed Peas 
  • 2- 12oz. bags of mixed veg, your choice 
  • 1- 12oz. Any Seasoning Blend 
  • 2  cartons Chicken Broth  
  • 5-6 gold potatoes 

Seasoning of choice: I used Salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic powder & onion powder.
Instructions: Brown ground meat. Add remaining ingredients except potatoes. Bring soup to a boil. Diced up potatoes, add to pot then simmer for 45min-1hr or until black-eyed peas are soft. I measured the seasonings with my soul. Season to taste y'all.  
We enjoy this hearty soup with Briana Thomas Burkholder/s FP cornbread.
